Manufacturer guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty.  Last 10-years prorated warranty--During the first year of the prorated 10-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price.
The prorated charge will increase for each subsequent year of the prorated period.
