Shipping Policies
We offer $59.00 flat rate shipping to New York City, including the 5 boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens & Staten Island) Nassau County & Suffolk County. Northern regions of New York State, depending on location may contain an additional fee which will be confirmed by our Customer Care Agents. A flat fee of $79.00 for all of New Jersey. $89.00 for all of Connecticut & $99 for all of Pennsylvania. For the remaining continuous United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, & Alaska) a maximum fee of $199.00 may be applied for our Express CitiSleep® Standard Service. For shipping rates to outside of the continental United States or for rush orders please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-248-4753.
Shipping of Furniture and Mattresses
Shipping costs for furniture and mattresses are estimated at checkout and confirmed by our Customer Care Agents via phone call or eMail. Once you have placed an order for these items, we will contact you to confirm your order and confirm a scheduled delivery date. We will not process your order until we confirm your order. (a) Local deliveries include regions of New York City and surrounding boroughs,Nassua County & Suffolk County, New Jersey, Connecticut & Pennsylvania can expect delivery within 3-4 business days. For same day or next day delivery merchandise must be in stock to qualify and a minimal addition of $19.00 may be added on to the Express CitiSleep® White Glove Service. (b)Outside of local deliveries mattresses and furniture may take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. Our Customer Care Agents will confirm with you available options and fees associated to further expedite your order.
Please inspect all furniture and mattresses upon arrival and DO NOT ACCEPT any shipment that has been opened or tampered with. Refuse any package that appears ripped or damaged. Please note that you must do this before the driver leaves your home since furniture and mattresses cannot be returned unless there is a defect with the product that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

CitiSleep® uses (SSL), a secure server to encrypt your transaction. We also take security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and/or alteration of your information once it is in our hands.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at that price.
